13Rainbows is a company run by Prudence and Tj Nguyen, both former classroom teachers. 13Rainbows formed after we noticed a housing gap for medium term rentals. We convert empty houses into fully furnished and stocked homes that our clients feel at home in. Whether you need accomodations while relocating for work, disaster lodging, medical lodging, or many other short to medium term needs. We also work with property owners and managers converting their properties into a home away from home experience.
